Pre-fermentation and maceration process at a temperature of 15ºC for 2-3 days in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation in a time of 7-10 days with a maximum regulated temperature of 26ºC. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months with subsequent aging for 3 months in bottle.
VIEW: Cherry color with slight evolution.
AROMA : Fusion of notes of plums, chocolates, bitter oranges and balsamic.
Mouth : Smooth and light
