Grapes and wine

The quality of wine begins in the vineyard, a plant that extracts essential nutrients from the soil to create unique grapes. Factors such as climate, orientation and human care determine the characteristics of the grape, which provides the 90% of the wine's essence. From the skin, where the aromas and colors are found, to the pips and pulp, each part of the berry plays a crucial role in winemaking.
