A careful fermentation process worked at a temperature of 25ºC for a period of 10 days, which is completed with controlled maceration at 25ºC for 10 more days, all in steel tanks. 10 months in French oak barrels and 5 months in bottle.
SIGHT: Intense red of medium-high layer.
AROMA :Elegant, sweet vanilla and candied fruits.
Mouth : Full, long and tasty with a long aftertaste.
