Pre-fermentation and maceration process at a temperature of 15ºC for 2-3 days in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation in a time of 7-10 days with a maximum regulated temperature of 26ºC. In French and American oak barrels of 225 liters for 6 months and aged for 3 months in bottle.

TASTE : Light with soft and delicate tannin
