The Garnacha grape variety is harvested at its optimal ripeness, prioritizing aromatic potential and freshness, and is transported quickly to the winery to prevent maceration. The tanks are bled almost immediately to obtain free-run juice with very little color. Next, the must ferments slowly at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days. Finally, the rosé wine is racked and clarified before bottling.
