Tempranillo and Syrah. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Ripe fruit aromas, spicy, fine reduction. Everything is present in the right amount: alcohol, tannins and acidity. Silky, velvety. Complex and full-bodied. Settled in barrel with good concentration. D.O.P. Bolandin.
Pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, game or meat stews, beef, roast pork, lamb or goat, and cheeses.
