From October 2 to 12, a new edition of the Cazuelica and D.O. Navarra Wine Week will be held with the participation of thirty establishments that will offer their gastronomic proposals and pairing with a Navarra wine.
This is a date with the traditional cuisine of our region. The Cazuelica and D.O. Navarra Wine Week offers the opportunity to enjoy the different proposals from the thirty participating establishments. A great variety of culinary delights prepared for the new edition, accompanied by the recommendation of pairing with a Navarra wine.
The price of the cazuelica is 2.40 euros and over 60% are suitable for celiacs.
The highest awards for which the contestants are eligible are the Gold, Silver or Bronze. They will be awarded by a jury made up of seven professional chefs. The final will be held on Thursday, October 15.
As a new feature of this edition, on Monday, October 5th, at 7 PM, a live Showcooking will be held, broadcast from the @hostelerianavarra Instagram profile. During this event, the winners of the 2019 edition will prepare their "cazuelicas" with which they won:

Furthermore, for the seventh consecutive year, the Instagram photography contest, open to the general public, will take place. Users can participate by uploading photos they take during the gastronomic event. The prize for the most original photo will be a selection of 6 bottles of D.O. Navarra wines.
