Bodega Eslava Rosé brings together the diversity of the Eslava vineyard in terms of altitude, soils and orientations. It is made with the youngest vines from each site: Zabalea and Zubaldea contribute freshness and floral notes; Argabidea, Pisaldea, Guezari and Sirgún, herbal nuances and structure. The result is a pale rosé wine, with a delicate aroma and fresh mouthfeel, with the tension typical of the Lower Mountains.
