Single varietal. 100% Chardonnay. Fermented for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Bright yellow color. Aromas of ripe fruit, sweet spices. Long, creamy, well-structured and balanced on the palate. P.D.O. Bolandin.

Pairing: Particularly suitable for blue fish, shellfish and seafood, rice and baked vegetables, white meats, fresh and fatty cheeses.
