The soils in which this vineyard is located are clay soils, with gypsum and sandstones.
These are bush-trained vineyards or dry-farmed vineyards converted to trellis systems.
- 3. PREPARATION:
Following exhaustive ripeness monitoring, the grapes selected for making Nature Rosado are harvested at their optimal moment of ripeness, capturing the variety's sweetness without losing freshness and acidity.
It is made using the traditional saignée (bleeding) method, fermented at low temperatures in a concrete tank.
- 4. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
It is an attractive pink wine with violet highlights. On the nose, it is intense with aromas of red fruit and candy. On the palate, it is fruity and persistent, with a good acidity that provides a pleasant finish.
