Bodega la Cruz de Mañeru

It is a rosé made from the Garnacha grape variety using the 100% method

It is made using the traditional saignée (bleeding) method, fermented at low temperatures in a concrete tank.

Resulting in a wine with an attractive pink color and violet highlights, on the nose it is intense with aromas of red fruit and candy, on the palate it is fruity, persistent with a good acidity that provides a pleasant finish.
