The Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra returns this November with its most delicious route for lovers of hamburgers and D.O. Navarra wine in 24 bars and restaurants in Pamplona and the surrounding area.
After the success of previous editions, the D.O. Navarra proposes to enjoy once again during the month of November the Wine & Burger Route in a tour of 24 establishments in Pamplona and the surrounding area. Each of the participating establishments offers a special hamburger and a glass of D.O. Navarra wine from the different wineries of the Designation so that everyone can design their own gastronomic itinerary through the proposals that most seduce them. The promotion is part of the Control Board's objective to demystify wine consumption. "Wine enhances any meal, event or celebration around a table, whether formal or informal. Burgers are in fashion and we find a great and varied gastronomic offer that harmonizes perfectly with white, rosé and red wines. There is no doubt that Wine & Burger form a brutal duo capable of delighting our senses."says the president of the D.O. Navarra, David Palacios.
The Wine & Burger Route 22 aims to show that the hamburger, one of the most international and current foods, combines perfectly with wine. From the most complex, unusual or creative to the most traditional elaborations. Thus, during the whole month of November, the D.O. Navarra encourages to "take the road and blanket and make the engine of the senses roar.The "Pamplona and its region and tasting the proposals of the participating establishments.
In this way, the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra continues to collaborate closely with the hotel and catering industry in line with new trends in cuisine.
The bars and restaurants participating in this promotion have identification signs in their shop windows, displays descriptive table-top leaflets with their proposal and informative brochures of the complete route.
