Navarra stands out as a wine region in these awards, obtaining one Grand Gold, nine Golds and one silver. Special mention to Bodegas Lezaun and Quaderna Via for being among the most awarded wineries in the fifteenth edition of these awards.
One hundred wineries from thirty-five different wine regions participated with more than three hundred references in the fifteenth edition of the Ecovino Awards.
The jury, composed of thirty expert judges, held blind tasting sessions in April and has released the results. The quality of the certified organic wines was particularly high in this edition, so that, in order to meet the usual maximum limit of 35% trophies, the cut-off point was 87 points, so that only the highest Platas were awarded, very close to the Gold medal limit of 88 points.
