We will begin with a visit to the Roman settlement of Santa Criz de EslavaWe will let our imagination run wild to get an idea of what life was like in this ancient city thousands of years ago. We will discover how the local economy has evolved from Roman times to the present day, focusing on the following topics The importance of grape cultivation and wine production.
After observing the incredible landscapes of vineyards, we will be able to enjoy a visit to an exclusive vineyard sitewhere we will taste the wine from the specific plot that we craft from the fruits of that same land. We will culminate the experience with a visit to the winery, where we will close the circle by learning how today they continue to crafting wines that express the history and character of our land.
