Between Brackets, food and wine festival

The food and wine festival Entre Corchetes – Navarra Media is celebrating a spring edition this May.

This initiative from the Consorcio de Zona Media invites you to discover the territory through its flavors and wines with 3 plans on the weekends of May 23rd and 30th..

The festival's various dates include a bus service from Pamplona and nearby points, and different activities. Tickets, with about half of the capacity sold, can be purchased at visitnavarramedia.com, the destination's tourist website Navarra Media–Nafar ErdialdeaThis is the Between Brackets 2026 menu:

May 23 | 11:00 AM | Harvests and walks in Orísoain

La Valdorba hosts the first event of this edition of the festival: an experience to discover Orísoain through its landscape, heritage, and rural identity. The route will begin at the church, next to its outer courtyard, the starting point for contextualizing the valley, its surroundings, and its history. From there, there will be a visit to the crypt and a guided tour of the village until reaching the Ecomuseum, where elements of rural life in Valdorba can be discovered and the surrounding views enjoyed.

The experience will continue with a visit to the Ecomuseum and a guided tasting by Reyna de Copas, featuring three organic wines from the region accompanied by homemade jam. Additionally, a tasting of products from Navarra Media will be offered.

May 23 | 7:00 PM | Wines and walks in Carcastillo

The second event of the festival is an oasis: a perfect afternoon to enjoy with friends at Bodega Azul and Garanza. The afternoon unfolds among wine barrels, the stoves of a cooking demonstration, demonstration cooking with seasonal products and, of course, the winery's wines. To complete the afternoon, two key ingredients: live DJ, terrace, and wine cocktails. An experience to savor, share, and linger. A thoughtful, intimate plan with its own personality, designed to enjoy a leisurely moment with friends.

May 30 | 6:00 PM Plandestino in the Medieval Galleries of Olite/Erriberri

An exclusive experience to discover Olite/Erriberri from a different dimension, where heritage, wine, gastronomy, and atmosphere come together in one of the most unique enclaves in the territory: the recently restored Medieval Underground Galleries. The day will begin with a guided tour through the streets of this medieval town to delve into its history, character, and atmosphere. The walk will be accompanied by a winemaking experience from Reyna de Copas, connecting the story of the place with a local wine.

In the Medieval Galleries, you can enjoy gastronomy linked to local products with tastings of regional produce and several small-plate cooking demonstrations, with pintxos prepared by different establishments, concluding with wine cocktails and music. It's not just a visit or an afternoon in a unique location: it's a plan to experience heritage from within, savor the region, and be part of a unique experience... with a touch of mystery.
