- PINPILINPAUXA DE UBETA 2024 - Ubeta Wines (Ribera Baja): Amphora fermented Grenache which gives it a fantastic mouthfeel. The wine has an attractive bitterness with a blood orange character, along with rhubarb, sour cherry and pomegranate. Attractively colored, it is full of flavor and finishes with a touch of mineral salinity.
- EL ARREBOL DE LA CARRA CABRA 2023 - Viña Palacios (Ribera Alta)Rosé fermented and aged in amphora. Complex, with notes of ripe strawberry, pomegranate and herbal nuances. Unctuous and with great structure.

- THE FOOTPRINT OF AITANA CUVÉE ZEN 2021 - Bodegas San Martín (Lower Mountain)Red and white Grenache aged 8 months in barrel and 10 months in amphora. Salmon rosé, complex, structured and aging. Aromas of white fruit, Mediterranean herbs and mineral background.
At San Sebastian Gastronomika, Navarra rosés not only conquered palates: they reaffirmed their place in haute cuisine and in the hearts of those who enjoy wine as an essential part of good food.
