Croquettes at gogó

From April 20th to May 1st, the most delicious croquettes will invade Navarre. Nearly 90 establishments will offer their creations for a week. 

The second edition of the Croquette and Fried Food Week is here. From Friday, April 20th to May 1st, nearly 90 establishments in Navarre, most of them in Pamplona, will be offering their creations. 

The Week is organized by Harinas Urdánoz with the collaboration of the Ensanche Área Comercial and Casco Antiguo Association of Pamplona, and features collaborations such as the Navarra Designation of Origin and the Navarra Hospitality Cooperative. 

The objective of this activity is to promote a product as traditional in our bars as the croquette and to highlight the good work in the preparation of fried foods in our region, which are great gastronomic protagonists in bars. 

On Thursday, May 3rd, an awards ceremony will be held at the Hospitality Cooperative where finalists will present their creations to a professional jury.
