Vegetables for winter

Winter vegetable menus are back in Navarre's kitchens. Until February 1, enjoy the proposals of eight restaurants that cook them like few others. 

The Hotel and Tourism Association of Navarra is once again organizing from December 1, 2017 to February 1, 2018 the gastronomic event "Winter vegetables from Navarra"The aim is to highlight the emblematic fresh vegetables from Navarre at this time of the year (endive, chicory, lettuce grumillo, red thistle, artichokes, tender garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, borage short/flat, white thistle and chard).

About a dozen establishments will offer menus prepared with dishes based on these traditional vegetables.
