A dozen people get a year of DiVino

A box of wine will arrive monthly at the homes of the ten lucky winners of the raffle held by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra as part of the campaign developed last year: Choose Navarra, choose D.O. Navarra wines. 

It is the final touch of the campaign launched last year by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra to promote the local consumption of its wines: Choose Navarra, choose D.O. Navarra wines. Ten people have been awarded a year "DiVino, meaning the winners will receive a box of wines at their homes during 2021 for having chosen Navarra. The lucky winners are: Lourdes Pascual, Eduardo Arteta, Inma Aspurz, Cristina Pozo, Agustín Aguerri, Fátima Aldaz, Eva Aizpitarte, Puy Trigueros, Alfredo Laseca, and Pedro Bujanda.

The raffle was held in December among those who purchased at least one bottle of D.O. Navarra wine in any establishment in the Chartered Community. With high participation, the campaign was supported by a promotional campaign hosted by nearly a hundred hypermarkets and supermarkets from the main retail chains: Carrefour, Alcampo, BM, E.Leclerc, and Eroski.  

The Regulatory Council, in its mission to direct its communication to all consumers, implemented "Bluetooth" beacons so that blind individuals, who have the "Beepcons" application on their mobile phones, could receive promotional information from the wine aisles in various supermarkets. In these same supermarkets, a series of totems were also installed to broadcast the campaign video, integrating subtitles, Sign Language, and audio description criteria.   

We are very satisfied with the campaign that has supported and boosted the sales of our wines in the Food retail channel, which is essential today for the commercialization of wineries. We have had a great response, which makes us think that our Navarra Wine Lovers community is growing every day. comments Javier Santafé, managing director of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. With the start of the new year, the Regulatory Council is immersed in the development of the new promotion plan, which will be based on three fundamental pillars: communication, digitization, and internationalization to take advantage of the opportunities that arise in 2021, a year in which a completely new and different scenario has definitively opened.
