The Baluarte Conference Center will host the Navarra Designation of Origin wine festival on April 22 and 23. About twenty wineries will offer their new white, rosé and red wines.
Return to Vinofest Navarra to celebrate its ninth edition on April 22 and 23 at the Baluarte Conference Center in Pamplona. The Navarra Designation of Origin wine festival opens its doors with the participation of about twenty wineries: Bodegas Armendariz, Bodega de Sada, Wineries Malon de Echaide, Wineries Irache, Wineries Pago de Cirsus, Wineries Marco Real, Wineries Nekeas, Wineries Olympia, Wineries St. Maarten, Winery Inurrieta, Tandem, Aliaga Vineyard, Wineries Beramendi, Wines and Vineyards Lasierpe Estate, Bodega de Sarría, Albret Estate, Wineries Príncipe de Viana, Wineries Máximo Abete; Warehouse of Liédena and Wineries Great Fiefdom. All of them will present their new white, rosé and red wines. During the show, the Navarra Wine School will offer continuous tastings. All this will be enlivened with music. The exhibition hall will be open to the public on Friday, April 22 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The entrance fee is 15 euros in the afternoon and 10 euros in the morning and will be sold in advance at the web and the Baluarte box office with a very reduced capacity to ensure that the public can enjoy the tasting of the more than one hundred wine references that will be available in the best conditions. This is a great opportunity to keep up to date with the new vintages and wines of the Navarra Designation of Origin.
This edition of Vinofest Navarra will be sponsored by the associations: AEHN (Association of Hospitality and Tourism of Navarra) and ANAPEH (Navarra Association of Small Hospitality Businesses) who will join in an inaugural toast in recognition of their work in defense of the hospitality industry in the region. According to David Palacios, president of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra, "The event will be a great success.To celebrate this event again after two years of hiatus caused by the pandemic encourages us to trust in flattering expectations. We return with Vinofest Navarra with all the illusion and the desire to meet again with our public, our Navarra Wine Lovers".
Prior to the Salon, the Navarra Designation of Origin organizes a program of wine tourism activities proposed by the wineries participating in Vinofest Navarra: visits, tastings or conferences. In short, an attractive offer to learn about the tradition of winemaking in Navarra wherever it is produced and enjoy with family or friends of a good plan at Easter.
