The Designation of Origin Navarra attends faithfully to its appointment with the main international wine fair, Prowein, which hosts the German city of Dusseldorf from March 19 to 21. The Control Board will have an enoteca that will house about 50 references of white, rosé and red wines for free tasting by visitors.
Sunday will kick off a new edition of the main international wine event, Prowein. The veteran fair, which has been held in Düsseldorf for more than 28 years, will take place from March 19 to 21. During these days, more than 6,000 exhibitors from over 60 wine-producing countries will present their offerings in 13 halls to thousands of visitors. These figures make this great event currently the most important wine showcase in the world.
In this context, Navarra is preparing to attend Prowein and is doing so in a reinforced manner. On the one hand, the Control Board will be exhibiting at a booth (11D48) with an enoteca where about 50 references of the latest white, rosé and red wines will be offered. Visitors, professionals coming from many countries, will be able to taste them freely to tour and learn about the Designation of Origin through these elaborations. In addition, there will be the opportunity to travel to Navarra from the fairgrounds through glasses to enjoy a 360-degree visual experience that will show the landscapes, history and culture of the region.
On the other hand, Prowein will be attended by 14 wineries that will exhibit their wines at the stand promoted by INTIA-Reyno Gourmet: Bodega Marqués de Montecierzo, Bodegas y Viñedos Quaderna Via, Viña Aliaga, Ubeta Wines, Bodegas Castillo de Monjardin, Bodega Inurrieta, Bodegas Piedemonte, Bodegas Escudero, Viña Zorzal Wines, Bodegas Ochoa, Bodegas Lezaun, Bodegas y Viñedos Alzania, Bodegas Tandem and Bodegas Azul y Garanza.. This Navarrese presence is completed with the wineries that attend the event with their own stand or as group exhibitors: Bodegas Navarrsotillo, Bodegas San Martín, La Casa de Lúculo, Bodega Otazu, Bodega de Sarría, Bodegas Lezaun, Bodegas Escudero, Bodegas Pagos de Araiz, Bodegas Marco Real, Bodegas Manzanos, Bodegas Nekeas, Bodegas Príncipe de Viana and Bodegas Ontañon..
