Otazu - Valdizarbe
The tour begins at the Señorío de Otazu, an enclave where a 16th-century Renaissance palace, a 14th-century dovecote tower, and a 12th-century Romanesque hermitage coexist. Along the walk, contemporary sculptures interact with the natural surroundings and historical heritage.
The itinerary continues at the old winery from 1840, now converted into a wine museum and art center of the Otazu Foundation, with a collection of over 150 works by contemporary artists. The experience concludes in the modern underground facilities, where the iconic barrel room and the historic underground bottle cellar are visited, before enjoying a tasting of three wines paired with pintxos.
