Wine and acoustic at the Palacio de los Mencos.
On August 8, EnClave DeVino will be held, a meeting that combines live music and tasting of three wines in one of the most unique historical spaces of Navarra. The group Tres Navíos will perform acoustically in the courtyard of the Palacio de los Mencos in Tafalla, in an intimate and close format.
On Friday, August 8 at 8:00 pm, the Palacio de los Mencos, in Tafalla, will open to the public one of its most emblematic spaces to celebrate EnClave DeVino, an event that invites you to enjoy wine, music and heritage without haste. The event will take place in the courtyard of the Palace, which will become the setting for a unique cultural experience, designed for leisurely enjoyment and to leave an indelible memory.
The music will be provided by Tres Navíos, an acoustic group formed by three musicians with a solid live career. Nazari (San Adrián) is a vocalist and guitarist, with experience in several groups, including "Dos pájaros y un trío", a tribute to Sabina and Serrat. Arantxa Ojeta (Pamplona), also vocals and guitar, has been part of groups such as Prima Janis and has been vocalist of Aurora Beltrán and Barricada. Esther Rodríguez, a cellist from La Rioja, completes the line-up with her own register that adds depth and personality to each version.
The repertoire of Tres Navíos includes versions reinterpreted with their own style of artists such as Sabina, Antonio Vega, Amaral, Antonio Flores, Depedro, Carlos Goñi, Chris Isaak or Bonnie Tyler. A close, careful and personal live performance that bets on quality without artifice.
During the concert, three wines will be tasted, Marqués de la Real Defensa, the wine of the host family, which will show the essence of the Navarra Denomination of Origin.
The following will be served: White Esencia made from Chardonnay, Rosé Lágrima, made from Garnacha, and Tinto Selección with Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The selection has been designed to accompany the music and the environment, and to offer the public a complete experience in a landmark heritage space.
"We want people to come in, listen, toast and breathe. No rush. This Palace has history, and this event is a way to open it up to people in a different way." explains Joaquín Mencos, host of the event.
Tickets are already on sale at the price of 15 euros on the website www.palaciodelosmencos.com. Seating is limited and advance purchase is recommended. The event is produced with the collaboration of Arraiza Comunicación, specialized in the design of cultural experiences linked to wine, gastronomy and heritage.
