Information
Large doses of enthusiasm have been deposited in this winemaking project that has chosen the fields of Falces for the production of wines that have already become a benchmark of quality within the D.O. Navarra.
Inurrieta is originally the name of an agricultural site in Puente la Reina where the Antoñana family, owner of the winery, already cultivated vines almost a century ago. We chose this name as a tribute to those loved ones who loved wine so much.
The restlessness and the memory moved us to look for a privileged and incomparable place for the cultivation of the vine. The hours of sunshine, the quality of the soil, the lay of the land, the wind and the presence of the river were decisive in choosing this place so eagerly sought after.
The reunion with the tradition we grew up with made this project possible, which began in 1999 with the planting of the first vines.
The winery was built in 2002 and is surrounded by our own vineyards. The proximity between the vineyards and the winery allows all the grapes, in their perfect maturity, to arrive, freshly harvested and with total integrity, to the winemaking facilities.
Every corner of these facilities is specially designed to treat grapes and wine with care.
This project is now bearing fruit with Inurrieta wines that speak for themselves.
