The tourist proposal will be held on March 7, 14 and 21 with three different programs that include visits to wineries, historical heritage, gastronomy and music in unique spaces.
Navargira will celebrate next March a new edition with three thematic routes that allow you to discover the Middle Zone of Navarra through experiences linked to wine, heritage and music. Three very complete plans to enjoy with friends, with the family or even unaccompanied, which also include bus travel from Pamplona. The program will take place on Saturdays March 7, 14 and 21 and is organized by the Consorcio de Zona Media.
The program will open on Saturday March 7 with the Chardonnay Routea route linked to the Camino de Santiago and the medieval heritage. The day includes a guided visit to the Sarría Winery, in Puente la Reina, with a tour of the vineyards and a commented tasting. Afterwards, the group will travel to Artajona to visit the walled Cerco and the Reyno de Artajona Winery, where an informal lunch with local products will be offered. The closing will take place at the Casa del Vínculo in Puente la Reina, with a jazz concert in a reduced format.
The Saturday, March 14, the Garnacha Route will take placefocusing on the eastern Zona Media. The itinerary will begin in Ujué, with breakfast at Casa Urrutia and a guided visit to the historical site and the church-fortress of Santa María. The route will continue in Olite with a visit to Bodegas Cosecheros Reunidos, which includes a commented tasting and lunch, and will end at Bodegas Unsi, where an experience combining wine and live music in acoustic format has been programmed.
The third proposal, the Oneca Route, will take place on March 21, 2009. and will tour the south of the Zona Media. The program includes a visit to the Monastery of La Oliva, accompanied by a wine tasting paired with artisan cheeses from Granja El Moro de Figarol. Afterwards, the group will visit Bodegas Azul y Garanza, in Carcastillo, with a tour of the vineyards and a lunch made with local products. The day will conclude in San Martín de Unx, with a visit to the Romanesque crypt of the church-fortress and a concert of Navarrese music accompanied by wines from Bodegas San Martín.
An initiative that places wine as the backbone of the territory, generates impact on the local fabric and offers the public a complete experience to enjoy with all five senses.
