Bodegas Viña Magaña began its journey with the dream of creating a new, different and surprising wine. It started from a land that no one was betting on: poor, arid but rich in minerals where the vine would suffer. He planted new vines, then unauthorized, from the best French producing areas, which today means that he has some of the oldest vines of such noble varieties as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, etc...
During these more than 41 years, Bodegas Viña Magaña has managed to acquire more than 67 hectares of its own vineyards, from which the grapes for all its wines come from, and a fleet of 700 French oak barrels.
For the elaboration of its wines it has its own modern facilities designed by the prestigious architect from Navarre, Rafael Moneo.
