21 wines from the Navarra Denomination of Origin are awarded prizes in the summer edition of one of the most important international wine competitions organized by the German publishing house Meininger.
The summer tasting of the international wine competition Mundus Vini is the 25th edition of the competition organized by the German publisher Meininger. On this occasion, the jury was composed of 170 experts from 45 countries to blindly evaluate the wines presented in the heart of the Palatinate at the end of August. 21 Navarra Denomination of Origin wines were awarded 8 gold medals and 13 silver medals. One of them, Ochoa Crianza Tempranillo 2015 is one of the best Spanish wines of the competition.
