Successful Vinofest in Tudela

More than 600 people came to the Gaztambide Theater to enjoy the D.O. Navarra from the fourteen participating wineries. A weekend in which several establishments hosted a catering promotion attended by a large number of customers.  

The Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra has celebrated in Tudela the most successful edition of the Vinofest Navarra which took place in the capital of the Ribera del Duero. More than 600 people came to the Gaztambide Theater where they were able to learn about the best white, rosé and red wines from the fourteen participating wineries from their protagonists: Bodega de Liédena, Bodegas Campos de Enanzo, Bodegas Gran Feudo, Bodega Pago de Cirsus, Bodegas Irache, Bodega Inurrieta, Bodegas La Casa de Lúculo, Viña Aliaga, Bodegas San Martín, Bodegas Marco Real, Vinos y Viñedos Dominio Lasierpe, Finca Albret, Bodegas Príncipe de Viana and Bodegas Malón de Echaide.. The show opened its doors in the morning and afternoon and during the event there were continuous tastings led by an expert trainer of the Navarra Wine School that aroused the interest of the attendees and were very well received. The wine meeting was enlivened by Dj Bohemian Soul who managed to create the perfect atmosphere for the tasting of Navarra wines.

"We are very happy with the great welcome we have received from the Tudela public who come to Vinofest Navarra with interest in learning more about our wines. We feel at home, because Tudela is one of the municipalities that make up our Designation of Origin and there is a great interest in wine culture that grows year after year", says the manager of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra, Jordi Vidal. One of the novelties of this edition of Vinofest Navarra was that the particular paradise of Navarra wines reached the bars participating in the promotion: Casa Lola, El Santo Food, Gaitero Taberna, José Luis, La Catedral, La Despensa, La Estrella, Le Bistrot and Moncayo 2. Thanks to the collaboration with the Association of Hospitality and Tourism of Navarra, these establishments have recommended during the weekend a white wine, a rosé, a red wine and a pincho to the numerous customers who have come to enjoy them.

Vinofest Navarra is organized by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra with the involvement of the City Council of Tudela. Pamplona will receive the baton of this event, already consolidated in the agenda of the city, in April next year.
