Return to Vinofest Navarra to celebrate its tenth edition on April 14th and 15th at the Baluarte Conference Center of Pamplona. The Navarra Designation of Origin wine festival opens its doors with the participation of more than twenty wineries: Azul y Garanza, Bodega de Liédena, Bodega de Sada, Bodega Inurrieta, Bodegas Castillo de Monjardín, Bodegas Gran Feudo, Bodegas Irache, Bodegas Lezaun, Bodegas Malón de Echaide, Bodegas Marco Real, Bodegas Marqués del Atrio, Bodegas Máximo Abete, Bodegas Marqués del Atrio, Bodegas Quaderna Vía, Bodegas Nekeas, Bodegas Olimpia, Bodegas Pago de Cirsus, Bodegas Príncipe de Viana, Bodegas San Martín, La Casa de Lúculo, Vinos y Viñedos Dominio Lasierpe, Viña Aliaga and Viña Zorzal.
The Navarra D.O. wine festival will feature three sessions (Friday, April 14 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, April 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.) where the public will be able to enjoy the latest white, rosé and red wines from the participating wineries. The entrance fee is 15 euros and includes a tasting of the wines presented by the wineries, as well as a crystal glass. Passes can be purchased in advance at the following website www.baluarte.com and at the Baluarte box office with a limited capacity of 650 people per session. The capacity is reduced to ensure that attendees can enjoy in the best conditions the tasting of the more than one hundred references that they will find in the showroom.
The event will be enlivened with music and will be inaugurated by a person of reference in the Community to celebrate the tenth edition of this long-awaited event in the calendar of many Navarrese men and women. According to David Palacios, president of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra: "Vinofest Navarra is an excellent opportunity to keep up to date with the new vintages and wines of the Navarra Designation of Origin with the added value of doing it from the winemakers. They, better than anyone, can tell the stories behind their wines and highlight the people who make them".
People attending Vinofest Navarra 2023, in addition to tasting the wines they wish, will be able to learn about the wine tourism offer of the wineries to plan tastings and visits and deepen their knowledge of the winemaking tradition and quality of the wineries with Designation of Origin Navarra.
