The XVI International Wine Competition held in Madrid awards one Grand Gold Bacchus, six Gold Bacchus and eight Silver Bacchus to the Navarra Designation of Origin.
This is the sixteenth edition of one of the most prestigious national competitions, but its influence transcends borders. The Bacchus International Wine Competition is organized by the Spanish Tasters Union (UEC) and is recognized by the International Wine Organization (OIV). The tasting is carried out in four days in which more than 1,500 wines presented are analyzed by a jury composed of a hundred tasters. In this edition, the D.O. Navarra increases its list of winners, which closes with 15 awards, including the highest recognition, a Grand Gold Bacchus, as well as six gold and eight silver.
