VINEYARDS:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They are vineyards of more than 60 years old located at an altitude of 450 meters<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The soils in which this vineyard is located are clay soils, with gypsum and sandstones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These are bush-trained vineyards or dry-farmed vineyards converted to trellis systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>3. PREPARATION:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following exhaustive ripeness monitoring, the grapes selected for making Nature Rosado are harvested at their optimal moment of ripeness, capturing the variety's sweetness without losing freshness and acidity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is made using the traditional saign\u00e9e (bleeding) method, fermented at low temperatures in a concrete tank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>4. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is an attractive pink wine with violet highlights. On the nose, it is intense with aromas of red fruit and candy.
