Navarra <\/strong>oriented towards pairing with haute cuisine, consolidating the Navarra Denomination of Origin as the <strong>a world leader in the production of quality ros\u00e9s and a great diversity of styles<\/strong> and positioning this type of wine as an ideal ally for pairing with the finest cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will bring together <strong>sommeliers from prestigious restaurants, restaurateurs and professionals in the industry<\/strong>The wine lovers, who will have the opportunity to taste an exceptional selection of high value D.O. Navarra ros\u00e9s characterized by their versatility, elegance and gastronomic capacity. The <strong>tasting will be led by Beth Willard<\/strong>She is a renowned international wine taster, collaborator of Tim Atkin and a great connoisseur of Spanish wines. <em>\"The D.O. Navarra ros\u00e9s express a quality that is difficult to find. The wineries are innovative within what is tradition and the incredible potential of the landscape. Aromas of strawberry candy, lychee and grapefruit. Fresh, unctuous and persistent on the palate. A ros\u00e9 with structure and elegance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ESLAVA ROS\u00c9 2024 - Bodegas Eslava (Lower Mountain)<\/strong><br>Fermented in 80-year-old concrete, this pale Grenache ros\u00e9 offers floral and herbal notes. The palate is fresh and taut, reflecting the Lower Mountain character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>XI'IPAL ROS\u00c9 EL OLIVO 2024 - Bodegas Caudal\u00eda (Baja Monta\u00f1a)<\/strong><br>Made with Garnacha Tinta from vineyards in the Lower Mountains, in the villages of Lerga and San Mart\u00edn de Unx, at altitudes between 500 and 750 m. Fermentation and aging on its lees in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>small cement tanks of 400 liters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PINPILINPAUXA DE UBETA 2024 - Ubeta Wines (Ribera Baja)<\/strong><br>Amphora fermented Grenache which gives it a fantastic mouthfeel. The wine has an attractive bitterness with a blood orange character, along with rhubarb, sour cherry and pomegranate. Fermentation in French barrels and subsequent aging in French oak barrels on lees for 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL ARREBOL DE LA CARRA CABRA 2024 - Vi\u00f1a Palacios (Ribera Alta)<\/strong><br>Ros\u00e9 fermented and aged in amphorae. Complex, with notes of ripe strawberry, pomegranate and herbaceous nuances. Unctuous and with great structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GUERINDA+ LA ROSA 2023 - Bodegas M\u00e1ximo Abete (Low Mountain)<\/strong><br>Grenache fermented and aged 9 months in used French oak barrels. Gravity must bleeding, without pressure. Pale pink, with aromas of wild strawberry, orange blossom and rosemary. Mineral and elegant, with great balance between freshness and structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LADY OF THE HEIGHTS ROSE 2023 - Vi\u00f1a Zorzal (Ribera Baja)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnacha gris 100% aged in 500l. barrels and in bottle. A terroir ros\u00e9, with all the expression of the territory and a singular variety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE FOOTPRINT OF AITANA CUV\u00c9E ZEN 2021 - Bodegas San Mart\u00edn (Lower Mountain)<\/strong><br>Red and white Grenache aged 8 months in barrels and 10 months in amphorae. Salmon ros\u00e9, complex, structured and aging.
