Navarra and Haute Gastronomy has revealed something that experts already knew: Navarra rosés are among the best in the world.

The tasting, conducted by Beth WillardThe event was attended by sommeliers from prestigious restaurants, restaurateurs and professionals from the sector. They all agreed on one point: rosés from the Navarra Denomination of Origin are much more than a light and fresh wine. They are wines with soul, capable of pair with any dish and elevate any dining experience..

Versatility and sophistication in every glass

Navarre has thus consolidated its position as world reference for roséwith wines that combine authenticity, freshness and sophistication. In recent years, Navarran wineries have been committed to explore new winemaking styles and techniques -From fermentations in stainless steel to aging in amphorae, foudres or barrels, achieving rosés of enormous depth and gastronomic potential.

This diversity translates into wines capable of accompanying from traditional cuisine to the most avant-garde proposals. Whether with vegetables, fish, meat, pasta and rice dishes, or even Asian and Mexican cuisine, a Navarra rosé always finds its place at the table.

A journey through the essence of the territory

During the tasting, the attendees traveled through the five producing areas of Navarra through a careful selection of labels that reflected the identity and landscape of each area. From the high altitude garnachas of Estella Land to the rosés of Lower Mountains, Valdizarbe, Ribera Alta o Lower RiberaEach wine was a sample of the richness and biodiversity of the region.

"D.O. Navarra rosés express a quality that is difficult to find in other regions. The wineries are innovative within tradition, and the potential of the landscape is incredible," Willard noted during the session.

Rosés that speak the language of gastronomy

The trend is clear: rosés from Navarra have ceased to be seasonal wines and have become indispensable companions of modern gastronomy.
