This is an initiative that aims to highlight the value of white wines from the Navara Designation of Origin among professionals in the hotel and catering industry. With this objective, on February 5, the Hotel Don Carlos Restaurant in Huarte will host the celebration of a workshop and tasting<\/strong> on enotechnics of white wines and white grape varieties D.O. Navarra, which will be given by the winemaker, Pilar Garc\u00eda-Granero. In it, the attendees will enjoy 14 wines that will show the Navarrese mastery in the elaboration of white wines and will propose a journey through the tradition and trends of the appellation of origin. Navarra traditionally produces its white wines with six grape varieties<\/strong>The main grapes are Chardonnay, Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, Garnacha Blanca, Malvas\u00eda and Moscatel de Grano Menudo. With them, young and barrel-fermented, dry and sweet wines are produced. And it has been doing so for a long time.
