{"id":3237,"date":"2019-05-22T13:51:42","date_gmt":"2019-05-22T11:51:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/donavarra.flatbrands.com\/?p=3237"},"modified":"2025-05-20T12:52:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T10:52:45","slug":"navarra-celebra-rosadum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/navarrawine.com\/en\/navarra-celebra-rosadum\/","title":{"rendered":"Navarra celebrates Rosadum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Designation of Origin Navarra supports the celebration of the first edition of this forum organized by INTIA on June 11 in Tudela, which will bring together a hundred professionals from the wine industry and will focus on ros\u00e9 wine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 11, Tudela will host the first edition of the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reynogourmet.com\/index.php\/es\/agenda\/986-rosadum-foro-internacional-del-vino-rosado-en-tudela\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rosadum<\/a><\/strong>The International Ros\u00e9 Wine Forum is organized by INTIA with the collaboration of the Designation of Origin Navarra. The aim of the meeting is to bring together a hundred leading professionals from the wine sector to focus on and analyze ros\u00e9 wine. The&nbsp;<strong>program<\/strong>&nbsp;includes an extensive repertoire of relevant conferences, round tables and&nbsp;<strong>tastings<\/strong>&nbsp;The tastings will offer the opportunity to taste the main references of ros\u00e9 wines that are currently being produced in the world. These tastings will be led by renowned experts such as the journalist and disseminator David Schwarzw\u00e4lder and the \"Master of Wine\" Jon\u00e1s Tofterup and Sarah Jane Evans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>conferences<\/strong>&nbsp;will focus on the past, present and future of ros\u00e9 wines, viticulture, enology and marketing. Thus, from the outstanding Estaci\u00f3n de Viticultura y Enolog\u00eda de Navarra, the F\u00e9lix Cibri\u00e1n will make a special emphasis on the Garnacha variety and will expose the remarkable work they have carried out in EVENA and from the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid, the agronomist engineer, Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Lissarrague will show how to manage the vineyard to obtain the highest quality grapes.
