Professionals attending the event in the city of Chengdu from April 3rd to 6th will be able to discover the wines of: Bodegas Ochoa, Bodegas Nekeas, Bodegas Escudero, Bodega Inurrieta, Bodegas Castillo de Monjard\u00edn, Bodega Otazu, Bodega de Sarr\u00eda, Tandem, Bodegas Alconde, Bodegas Marco Real, Bodegas Pago de Larrainzar, and Bodegas Olimpia. The wineries are participating in this event organized by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra and included in the international promotion plan for this year. The fair, whose celebration has been postponed on several occasions, is of great importance to buyers in the region. The wine exhibition will feature a stand from the D.O. Last year, Navarra sold close to 1.3 million liters of wine in the Asian country, almost entirely reds. 2020 was a year with a significant drop in China's wine imports. However, 2021 has started with positive figures for the Designation of Origin, and it appears that sales in January and February are becoming more dynamic. Sales have increased by more than 26%during that period, with the export of 258,000 liters of wine. China is one of the main destinations for D.O.
