Palacios, who makes a satisfactory balance of the last four years that have been marked by the global pandemic caused by the coronavirus that has been a severe blow to the wine sector. \"The past legislature has been very complicated as we faced a situation that had not been experienced before and that seriously shook the wine marketing, both in the domestic market due to the closure of the on-trade and in the export market.
