For its elaboration, it is used the&nbsp;<strong>bleeding technique<\/strong>&nbsp;which, together with the&nbsp;<strong>freshness&nbsp;<\/strong>and aromas of the grapes have given unbeatable results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the most representative grape of the area and in Navarre it acquires particular characteristics: it is a&nbsp;<strong>\"atlantic grenache\".<\/strong>more&nbsp;<strong>fresh&nbsp;<\/strong>than in other regions, less alcoholic and with a singular acidity. In Navarra it has a greater presence in the&nbsp;<strong>Low Mountain<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Lower Ribera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This variety occupies the<strong>&nbsp;23,80%<\/strong>&nbsp;of the viticultural map of the&nbsp;<strong>Denomination of Origin Navarra<\/strong>&nbsp;being one of the main grape varieties used to make wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In total, there are about&nbsp;<strong>2,700 hectares<\/strong>. This variety is especially intended for the production of red wines with good acidity, medium body and very aromatic that are young or red wines for aging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the wines made with&nbsp;<strong>Grenache White<\/strong>&nbsp;are fruity and with a subtle elegance that conquers the most exquisite palates. In the&nbsp;<strong>Denomination of Origin Navarra<\/strong>&nbsp;white varieties account for 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wines made with this variety can be paired with pasta dishes, rice, or fish. And, of course, with cheeses, such as the&nbsp;<strong>Roncal Cheese<\/strong>.
