About sixty Garnacha wines from different wineries, whites, ros\u00e9s and reds, have been the protagonists in the bars of the three locals who have integrated the route of this event. Thus, the Designation of Origin Navarra has highlighted the value of the most emblematic grape variety of the region and has shown the quality and freshness of the wines of Garnacha D.O. Navarra, to a public eager to know new references. Likewise, the great reception of this action has shown the enthusiasm for revitalizing the concept of going to bars and claiming the opportunity to enjoy live musical performances.
The first stop was at the mythical bar of Casco Viejo, Txintxarri, where DJ Netan began to create the good atmosphere that would accompany throughout the day. Secondly, at Chester Gastro Bar, the audience enjoyed the music of River Newt, a young band from Navarre inspired by the Grunge of the nineties. Finally, just a few meters away, the pop music and the magnetism of LILO filled with good vibes the legendary Rockollection (RKN), known for its constant commitment to live music and support for emerging bands.
The Navarra Denomination of Origin is satisfied with the result of this action and its influence and its impact on stimulating knowledge, demand and consumption of Garnacha wines in the on-trade. Moreover, as they have demonstrated with the organization of previous events aimed at the public, the Control Board of the D.O. Navarra is clear about the importance of connecting with the public, boosting cultural activity with attractive proposals around wine and music. For these reasons, it is likely that this is the first edition of an event that is here to stay.
