Wine<\/strong>organized by the Association of Hospitality and Tourism of Navarra and sponsored by the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin of Navarra. The winners of the awards&nbsp;<strong>Gold, Silver and Bronze&nbsp;<\/strong>three establishments in Pamplona: the&nbsp;<strong>Ulzama Bar<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>La Huerta de Chicha<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>Bar La Barra del Goloso&nbsp;<\/strong>respectively.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, October 19, the finalist Jury formed by Nicol\u00e1s Ram\u00edrez, chef and owner of the T\u00fabal Restaurant in Tafalla, Virgilio Mart\u00ednez, chef and owner of the Beethoven Restaurant in Fontellas and David Palacios, president of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Navarra; have tasted the ten finalist cazuelicas of the XXI Week of the Cazuelica and Wine D.O. Navarra resulting winners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hospitality Association Award&nbsp;<strong>Gold Category: BAR ULZAMA<\/strong>&nbsp;of Pamplona:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For its casserole: Wild boar sirloin with chanterelles, salsify root, parsnip chips and pachar\u00e1n and blackberry caviar (suitable for celiacs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommended wine:\u00a0<strong>Ledea Garnacha Tinto 2021 from Bodega de Li\u00e9dena.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hospitality Association Award&nbsp;<strong>Silver Category: LA HUERTA DE CHICHA<\/strong>&nbsp;of Pamplona:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For its casserole: La Huerta (suitable for coeliacs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommended wine:\u00a0<strong>Inurrieta Orchid 2021 of Bodega Inurrieta.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hospitality Association Award&nbsp;<strong>Bronze Category: BAR LA BARRA DEL GOLOSO<\/strong>&nbsp;of Pamplona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0For its casserole: Bacalao de la Montse (suitable for coeliacs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommended wine:\u00a0<strong>Coraz\u00f3n de Mal\u00f3n Ros\u00e9 2021 by Bodegas Mal\u00f3n de Echaide<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likewise, the \"Best Wine Service\" Award went to BAR LA ANTIGUA FARMACIA of Pamplona. And the prize for the \"Ninth Photography Contest on Instagram\" went to Juan Andr\u00e9s Mu\u00f1oz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From the D.O.
